KGS Group operates in animal nutrition and related agricultural supply, serving poultry, aquaculture and livestock markets in Bangladesh.
The public site presents broiler, layer, fish and cattle feed alongside day-old chicks, sister concerns including RB Agro Ltd., Crown Agro Industries Ltd. and M/S Sohodor Enterprise, a nationwide dealer and distribution network, warehouse locations, farmer stories and career/contact pathways.
A company with several product lines, several sister concerns and a nationwide distribution network has a genuinely hard information architecture problem: different visitors arrive looking for different things, and none of them should have to hunt.
- A farmer wants product information for a specific species.
- A prospective dealer wants the registration pathway.
- A job seeker wants careers.
- A supplier or partner wants the company structure and contacts.
- Corporate information architecture covering products, divisions, sister concerns and company profile
- Product presentation organised by species and category
- Dealer network and warehouse sections reflecting the distribution footprint
- Farmer stories and company content sections
- Contact and dealer registration pathways
- Responsive layout and visual hierarchy built for a corporate audience
Home
├── Products → broiler · layer · fish · cattle · day-old chicks
├── Company → about · sister concerns · group structure
├── Network → dealers · warehouses · coverage
├── Stories → farmer stories · news
└── Connect → contact · dealer registration · careers- Holding a multi-business group together under one coherent visual system without flattening the differences between divisions.
- Making a dense amount of corporate content scannable rather than overwhelming.
- Serving several audiences from a single navigation without a bloated menu.
The site is organised around intent rather than internal org structure: products first, then company and network, then stories and contact. Each division gets a clear place in the hierarchy, and the dealer pathway is reachable from both navigation and content pages.
A consistent content pattern — heading, summary, detail, next action — is reused across products, sister concerns and network pages, so the site reads as one system rather than a set of unrelated microsites.
